  • 10 caramel candies, cut up
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 1/2 c. chopped, unpeeled apples
  • 2/3 c. Smuckers caramel ice cream topping
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. chopped pecans
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Mix caramel pieces with flour; add apple pieces, caramel topping and lemon juice. Put into pie shell and sprinkle pecan pieces on top.

    Bake in preheated oven at 375° approximately 40 minutes.
