- 2 medium onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 lb. butter
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can creamed corn
- 2 small cans mushroom pieces
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can black pitted olives
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
- 2 (8 oz.) cans Spanish tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook garlic and onion in butter until soft.

2Add meat and cook until brown.

3Add tomato sauce and juice.

4When hot, add noodles; stir and cook until noodles lose their crispness.

5Add corn, mushrooms and liquid.

6Stir and pour into baking dish.

7Cover with cheese and dot with olives.

8Bake 1 hour at 325°.
