  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 2 lbs 75% lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 12 ounces of sour cream
  • 2 large fresh beefsteak tomtoes (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups of shredded cheddar or
  • monterey jack cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup of cream of sherry

    Take french loaf cut in 1/2 lengthwise. Remove all or most

    butter and wrap in tin foil

    Fry your hamburg, onions, mushrooms together when cooked

    pour sour cream into skillet and simmer for 20-30 minutes

    for 20-25 minutes remove and

    take cream of sherry (optional) into sour cream mixture fill the french loaf

    top with cheese . Bake 20 minutes or until cheese has

    melted over tomatoes. remove
