- 4 c. leftover turkey, cubed
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. milk
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 Tbsp. sliced pimento (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 biscuits or slices of light toast
Directions

1Melt butter over low heat.

2Add flour while stirring with a wooden spoon.

3Stir until smooth and slowly add milk.

4Stir with wire whisk and add salt and pepper.

5Add turkey, peas and pimentos.

6Continue to stir with wooden spoon over low heat until sauce is thickened and turkey is heated.

7Serve over biscuits or toast.
