- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 (17 oz.) creamed corn
- 3 c. cooked rice
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and pepper in shortening.

4Add cooked unseasoned corn and rice.

5Mix well and pour into buttered 2 1/2-quart baking dish.
