- 3 lb. ground round
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 small cans tomato paste
- 1 small (6 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
- 2 cans yellow creamed corn
- 1 small can ripe olives
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- grated Cheddar cheese and paprika
Directions

1Sear ground round until brown, breaking into pieces.

2Add tomatoes (undrained), tomato paste and noodles.

3When noodles are tender, add corn and cubed cheese.

4Salt and pepper to taste. Bake in greased casserole dish, covered, for 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Best refrigerated overnight and baked the next day.

5Twenty minutes before cooking time is up, sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese sprinkled with paprika.
