  • 1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili (with beans)
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tamales
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c. tortilla chips, crushed
  • shredded lettuce
  • ripe olives

Directions

    Remove paper wrapper from tamales and cut into bite size pieces.

    Place corn, chili and tamales in baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 375°.

    Stir.

    Sprinkle tortilla chips and cheese over all. Bake another 10 minutes. Garnish with lettuce and ripe olives.
