Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- bell pepper to suit taste
- onion to suit taste
- 1 can corn (creamed or whole)
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomato juice
- 1 1/2 c. corn meal
- chili powder to suit taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can pitted, halved ripe olives with juice
Directions

1Brown onion, bell pepper and ground beef together and drain. Add corn and tomatoes.

2Simmer 20 minutes.

3Add corn meal gradually with tomato juice, salt and chili powder.

4When this has been mixed thoroughly, remove from fire and add olives.

5Pour into 2 medium casseroles.

6Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.

7Cover with grated cheese and bake another 10 minutes.

8Tastes better if sets overnight and reheated the following day.
