  • 4 XLNT tamales
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 small bunch cut green onions
  • 1 small can sliced olives, drained
  • 1 medium can whole tomatoes with juice
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese

    Brown beef in skillet.

    Grate cheese.

    Chop onions.

    Chop tamales in small pieces.

    Layer tamales, corn, beef, tomatoes, olives and onions.

    Make approximately 3 layers, ending with tamales.

    Put grated cheese on top.

    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
