Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. turkey breast
- 1/2 c. plain yogurt
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. grated ginger root
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
Directions

1Bone the turkey breast and remove skin.

2Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag.

3Let turkey marinate 8 to 12 hours.

4Remove turkey from bag, reserving marinade.

5Grill turkey over very hot coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade.

6Serve with rice pilaf and a fresh steamed vegetable.

7Serves 4 to 6.
