  • 2 cups cannellini beans
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 14 cup lemon juice
  • 14 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • fresh parsley (optional) or fresh rosemary (optional) or fresh thyme (optional)

Directions
