Ingredients

  • 8 or 10 oz. macaroni
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 c. sharp cheese
  • 1 small can each: tomatoes, tomato sauce (8 oz.) and cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Cook macaroni and drain.

    In skillet, brown sausage and ground beef with onion.

    Drain well.

    Add beef/sausage mixture to macaroni, along with tomatoes, tomato sauce, soup and Worcestershire sauce.

    Bake at 375° for 35 minutes, or until bubbly.

    Top casserole with grated cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.

    This freezes well.
