- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Directions

1Put diced potatoes in saucepan, cover with water and add 1 tablesppon salt.

2Boil potatoes until tender and drain.

3Add butter, cream cheese, remaining salt and pepper. mash together.

4Stir in buttermilk.
