- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 egg white
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. flavoring
Directions

1In the top of a double boiler, mix egg yolk with some of milk.

2Add remaining milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, salt and tapioca. Cook 8 to 10 minutes over rapidly boiling water. Stir frequently.
