Tapioca Fruit Salad

  • 2 cans Mandarin oranges
  • 2 cans Pineapple chunks
  • 3 Bananas, sliced
  • 4 small boxes Vanilla tapioca pudding

Directions

    Drain the juice from fruit into a bowl and make up to 6 cups with water, set aside. Empty the pudding into a pan, add juice and water. Cook over a low heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Remove from the heat and cool.

    Add the fruit and chill over night.
