- 2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Heat milk and tapioca in double boiler.

2Stir often.

3Beat eggs; mix eggs and sugar.

4Stir egg mixture into tapioca.

5Cook and stir until thick or about 15 minutes.

6Let cool; add vanilla. Serve plain or with cream.
