  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons tapioca
  • 2 34 cups milk
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix sugar, tapioca, milk, & egg in saucepan.

    Let stand at least 5 minutes, stirring constantly over med heat till it comes to a full boil.

    Remove from heat.

    Add vanilla; stir.

    Let sit 15-20 minutes for warm pudding.
