- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. molasses
- 3/4 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. strong black coffee
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Prepare pastry for 8-inch (1-crust) pie. Combine eggs, molasses, syrup, coffee, melted butter, salt and vanilla.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Combine pecans and flour.

5Add to egg mixture.

6Stir to mix well.

7Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 40 to 45 minutes, or until firm.
