- 3 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. ground pecans
Directions

1You need 2 tins of 12 each small muffin cups about the size of English walnuts.

2Preheat oven to 350°.

3Put cream cheese, flour and butter into bowl and blend as for pie crust.

4Then onto creamy and smooth.

5Divide into 24 even sized balls.

6Press carefully into bottoms and up sides of the little muffin cups.

7Next mix all remaining ingredients.

8Then spoon equal amount of filling into each cup.
-
9Bake at 350° for 17 minutes.

10Then reduce heat to 250° and bake 10 to 15 minutes more until golden.
