- bottom round steak, thinly sliced
- flour
- eggs
- bread crumbs
- Provolone cheese
- your choice of sliced ham
Directions

1Coat each steak (rec. 2 per serving) with flour, eggs and then bread crumbs on each side.

2Set aside.

3Place 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham on each steak.

4Starting from one end, roll up and secure with a toothpick.

5When done, brown each side of roll-up in a frying pan with oil.

6Now, place each roll-up in a baking dish in the oven.

7Set at 375° for about 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with brown gravy, mashed potatoes and vegetable.
