  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter, softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 pkg. Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Cream sugar and butter in mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

    Add coconut and flour; mix well. Add buttermilk and vanilla and mix well.

    Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
