  • 7/8 pound udon noodles
  • 1/2 cup beef stock pot
  • coriander leaves

    1. Put the vegetables in a large frying pan or wok filled with boiling water.

    2. When it almost boils off, add the beef stock pot and the udon noodles. Add a little water if they do not separate themselves.

    3. Place in a plate and dust with chillies, sesame seeds and leaves.
