Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 to 4 slices Italian bread
  • onion salt
  • garlic salt
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Soak bread in water and then squeeze water out, but not completely dry.

    Add bread to meat, then season with onion and garlic salt, some oregano, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

    After blending the ingredients together, form into meatballs.

    Put in a pan on a rack with some water in the bottom of the pan.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

    May be also baked as a meat loaf.
