- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 2 to 4 slices Italian bread
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- oregano
- pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Soak bread in water and then squeeze water out, but not completely dry.

2Add bread to meat, then season with onion and garlic salt, some oregano, pepper and Parmesan cheese.

3After blending the ingredients together, form into meatballs.

4Put in a pan on a rack with some water in the bottom of the pan.

5Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

6May be also baked as a meat loaf.
