- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 3 eggs
- 1 small onion, grated
- salt to taste
- cracker crumbs
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. milk
- butter or oleo
Directions

1Cook squash, salt and onion until tender; drain and mash.

2Add eggs; mix well.

3Arrange in baking dish a layer each of squash mixture, cracker crumbs and cheese.

4Dot with butter.

5Repeat layers.

6Pour milk over all.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until brown on top.
