- 1 large onion, chopped
- 5 large taters (potatoes)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 c. water
Directions

1Peel and cut taters into medium wedges and place in large pot. Crumble beef into taters.

2Add onion, salt and pepper to mixture. Cook over medium heat for around 2 hours or until well cooked. Serve with hot corn bread.
