Tavern Beer Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3 cup (12 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese (aged is best)
  • 1 1/2 cup (6 ounces) shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce (I use less)
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup beer
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 crackers or toast slices

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine cheeses, chili powder, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce and tabasco sauce.

    Mix well.

    Put mixture in a food processor or blender and add beer to make a thick spread.

    Stir in parsley.

    Place in a serving bowl.

    Serve at room temperature with crackers or toast slices.
