  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Stir in egg, milk and vanilla.

    Fold in flour, baking powder and salt.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Knead dough.

    Roll out and cut.

    Bake in a 400° oven for 8 1/2 minutes only.
