- 1 14 cups margarine
- 4 cups milk
- 8 teaspoons yeast
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 12 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons bread spices (optional)
Directions

1Melt margarine in pan.

2Add milk, heat until 45 C (115 F).

3Dissolve yeast in liquid.

4Add sugar, salt, bread spices, most of the flour.

5Knead dough until mixed well.

6Rise for 20 minute

7Knead dough.

8Use rolling pin to roll out large rounds (about 1/4-1/2 inches thick).

9Cut circular shapes, about 4-5 inches in diameter (use bowl or something circular).

10Put on cookie sheet, use fork to make air holes.

11Rise for 30 minute

12Bake in oven at 440 F (225 C) for about 10 min, or until golden.
