  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. peanut butter

Directions

    Beat egg whites with salt until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.

    Fold in softened peanut butter. Drop by rounded teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

    Makes 2 dozen.

    Cool slightly before removing from pan.
