- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. peanut butter
Directions

1Beat egg whites with salt until foamy; add sugar gradually, beating until stiff peaks form.

2Fold in softened peanut butter. Drop by rounded teaspoon 1 inch apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned.

3Makes 2 dozen.
