- 1 tbsp mirin *
- 1 tbsp sugar *
- 1 tbsp water *
- 1 pinch salt *
Directions

1Fry the tempeh until half-cooked in a pan, using medium heat.

2Discard the oil but not the tempeh.

4Pour * into the tempeh.

5Using low heat, cook until the fluid thickens.

6Flip the tempeh pieces occasionally.

7When the fluid is reduced and the tempeh becomes a bit brown and black, it's done.
