  • 250 gr tempeh, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce *
  • 1 tsp sweet soy sauce *
  • 1 tbsp mirin *
  • 1 tbsp sugar *
  • 1 tbsp water *
  • 1 pinch salt *

Directions

    Fry the tempeh until half-cooked in a pan, using medium heat.

    Discard the oil but not the tempeh.

    Mix all * ingredients.

    Pour * into the tempeh.

    Using low heat, cook until the fluid thickens.

    Flip the tempeh pieces occasionally.

    When the fluid is reduced and the tempeh becomes a bit brown and black, it's done.
