  • 1/3 c. shoyu sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. grated daikon (turnip)

    Cook shrimp shells in water and strain to make the 1 cup required.

    Boil shoyu sauce, sugar and water for 3 minutes.

    Cool and add the liquid to the grated daikon.
