  • 6 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves or 2 breasts and 4 thighs
  • 1 med yellow onion, diced
  • 1 tblsp minced garlic
  • 1 10 oz Can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 4 oz sliced mushrooms
  • 3 oz Sliced swiss cheese
