- 1 cut up chicken
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. garlic pepper
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 1 to 2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Wash chicken.

2Mix flour and garlic pepper together.

3Melt oil in skillet until slightly hot (when bubbles form from water).

4Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in flour mixture.

5Let brown on both sides, then put brown chicken in baking dish and cover.

6Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until tender at 350°.
