- 3 lb. beef arm roast
- Microshake onion and garlic flavor
- 2 carrots, cut on the diagonal
- 1 large potato, peeled and cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 onion, cut in eights
Directions

1Moisten both sides of the roast with water and sprinkle generously with Microshake.

2Pierce meat with fork at 1/2-inch intervals.

3Place meat in a cooking bag.

4Microwave 5 minutes on 100% power.

5Microwave 30 minutes on 50% power.

6Turn meat over and arrange vegetables around meat.

7Microwave 45 minutes on 30% power or until meat and vegetables are fork-tender.

8Allow meat and vegetables to stand, covered 5 to 10 minutes.

9Serves 5 to 6.
