- 2 or 3 lb. roast or 6 pork chops
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Spray pan with Pam.

2Slice onion in bottom of pan.

3Wash; salt and pepper the roast.

4Lay roast on onion in pan.

5Cover roast with the undiluted soup.

6Cover pan with aluminum foil.

7Cook in a 300° oven for 3 hours.

8This will make its own gravy.
