- 3 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 13 cup prepared horseradish
- 14 cup whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions

1In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil.

2Place potatoes on greased baking sheet, in single layer.

3Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.

4Meanwhile in a small bowl combine the horseradish, mustard and butter.

5Spoon over potatoes and toss to coat.

6Bake 5 - 7 minutes longer or until tender.
