  • 34 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 1 14 cups flour
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine, melted & cooled
  • 1 egg
  • 34 cup water

Directions

    Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.

    Beat egg till thickened; add water to the egg.

    Add to dry ingredients& mix till just combined.

    Add butter, and stir gently to blend.

    Pour batter into a greased 9x13 pan- bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
