- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 lb. tenderized round or cubed steak
- salt
- pepper
- 4 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine flour and mustard.

3Cut steak into serving size pieces.

4Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover with flour mixture.

5Brown in hot oil.

6Transfer into 8 x 8-inch dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

7Cover and bake 2 hours or until very tender.
