- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Take tenderloin and slice into 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces. Preheat pan with olive oil and butter.

2Dip tenderloin slices into flour.

3Place in pan.

4Salt and pepper to taste.

5Cook until brown on both sides.

6Slice open cooked biscuits.

7Place a slice of tenderloin on each biscuit.
