  • 1 lb. sirloin steak
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 can bamboo shoots
  • 1 can bean sprouts
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

    Cut meat into bite size pieces and brown in oil.

    Lower heat. Combine sugar, flour and soy sauce and pour over meat.

    Add chopped onions and bamboo shoots.

    Cook 5 to 8 minutes.

    Add bean sprouts, water chestnuts and mushrooms.

    Cook 5 more minutes.

    Serve over rice.

    Do not add salt!
