- 2 lb. sirloin steak, 1/4 inch thick
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger or 2 tsp. powdered ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sherry
Directions

1Cut the steak into thin slices or strips.

2Combine all other ingredients and pour the mixture over the meat.

3Allow to stand 2 hours.

4Thread the meat on skewers and broil quickly on both sides over barbecue or in preheated broiler.
