  • 3 pounds Beef Loin Flap Meat, Sliced Into Strips
  • 1/2 bottles (21 Oz. Size) Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce

    Put the flap meat and the sauce in a gallon-size Ziploc bag.

    Zip it shut and squish the meat around so that all the pieces are fully covered in sauce.

    Put in the refrigerator to marinate 1 hour or up to 24 hours.

    Heat the grill to medium high.

    Grill 3-4 minutes on one side.
  6. 6
    Flip and grill another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
