- 2 lb. beef roast, sliced thin (you have your butcher slice it for you)
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. sugar (or less if you like)
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 finger fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Directions

1Taste sauce.

2If too sweet, add soy sauce; if too salty, add a little water.

3Soak meat overnight.

4Fry in a pan alone or with peppers and onions.

5You can cook it on the grill or stir-fry it with your favorite vegetables and serve with rice.
