  • 2 lbs. cut up chicken
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. accant
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, grated (I use more)
  • 1 med. onion chopped

    Stir and cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.

    1. pour sauce over meat and marinate 1 hour. Drain, broil 3 to 5 minutes

    2. or can marinate overnight & bake 2 hours at 325 degrees

    3. or place chicken in shallow baking pan, add teriyaki sauce and water 1/2 to 3/4 cup the chicken parts. Be sure to cover pan with aluminum foil so top of chicken will not dry out. 1 1/2 hour, but turn after 1 hour 325.
