- 4 chicken breasts
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
Directions

1Place chicken in large glass bowl, dish or ziploc bag.

2Combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, oil, garlic and ginger.

3Pour over chicken as toss gently.

4Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

5Drain and discard marinade.

6Preheat grill, broiler or oven.

7Cook meat until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife.
