  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 14 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 12 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

    Place chicken in large glass bowl, dish or ziploc bag.

    Combine soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, onion, oil, garlic and ginger.

    Pour over chicken as toss gently.

    Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

    Drain and discard marinade.

    Preheat grill, broiler or oven.

    Cook meat until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife.
