- 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Directions

1Combine teriyaki sauce and sugar in small bowl.

2Add chicken and marinate 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Remove chicken; reserve 2 tablespoons of marinade.

4Combine reserved marinade, water and cornstarch; set aside.

5Heat oil in hot wok or skillet over medium heat.

6Stir-fry chicken and sesame seed for 2 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture.

7Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens and chicken is tender, about 1 minute.
