  • teriyaki sauce purchased

    Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, place chops in skillet and cook 5 minutes; turn and cook 5 minutes more. Pour off any drippings that accumulate. Lower heat to medium and brush chops with sauce; turn chops, brush lightly on other side with sauce and continue cooking 4-5 more minutes or until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time.
