- 4 tbsp. gingerroot
- 1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
- Parsley sprigs

1Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.

5Broil salmon 3 to 5 inches from source of heat, without turning, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes.
