  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tbsp. gingerroot
  • 1 tsp. Oriental sesame oil
  • Parsley sprigs

    Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.

    Place salmon fillets on rack in broiling pan.

    In cup, mix teriyaki sauce, gingerroot, and sesame oil.

    Brush mixture over salmon fillets.

    Broil salmon 3 to 5 inches from source of heat, without turning, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 10 minutes.

    Garnish with parsley sprigs.
