- 1 package Mini Soft Dinner Rolls
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 4 ounces, weight Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 whole Scallions Trimmed And Cut Up
- 2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, Peeled And Chopped
- 1/4 cups Teriyaki Stir-fry Sauce
- 1/4 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- Honey Teriyaki Bbq Sauce
- 3 slices Provolone Cheese, Each Slice Cut Into 4 Pieces
- 6 whole Rings Of Canned Pineapple
- Light Mayonnaise
- Additional Diced Scallion

1In a mini chopper, combine mushrooms, scallions and fresh ginger (if using the stuff in a jar, dont add it yet).

2Pulse until finely chopped.

3Transfer to a medium-sized bowl and add pork, stir-fry sauce and bread crumbs (if using jarred ginger, this is the time to add it in).

4Stir to blend.

5Shape mixture into 12 equal-sized patties, a scant 1/4 cup for each.

6Place patties on grill and cook until an instant-read thermometer registers 160 degrees when inserted into the center of the burgers.

7Also grill pineapple slices.

8Put 1/4 of a slice of provolone on each patty just before they are done to melt the cheese.

9To build the sliders, place 1/2 ring of pineapple on a dinner roll, followed by a patty, about 1 teaspoon teriyaki barbecue sauce, and a few additional diced scallions.

10Spread a little mayo on the lid of the slider.
