- 1 bottle teriyaki marinade
- 1/4 c. wine (can be omitted)
- 1 onion, sliced thin
- mushrooms (button or slices)
Directions

1Place steak in Pyrex pan. Pour marinade over to cover.

2Add wine.

3Top with onions and mushrooms.

4Bake at 350° approximately 35 to 45 minutes, depending on size and thickness.

5Slice on an angle, thin.
