  • 1 large flank steak
  • 1 bottle teriyaki marinade
  • 1/4 c. wine (can be omitted)
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • mushrooms (button or slices)

Directions

    Place steak in Pyrex pan. Pour marinade over to cover.

    Add wine.

    Top with onions and mushrooms.

    Bake at 350° approximately 35 to 45 minutes, depending on size and thickness.

    Slice on an angle, thin.
